Litigation Shareholder S. Preston Ricardo will speak on a panel at the PLI Fundamentals of Noncompetes conference in New York City on Thursday, April 10, 2025.

This half-day program provides a foundational understanding of restrictive covenant law. Attendees will learn about the enforceability of noncompete agreements, the protections they can offer, and drafting and litigation tactics and strategies. The program is ideal for attorneys, HR professionals, and business leaders navigating this complex legal landscape.

During the session entitled “An Overview of Restrictive Covenant Law and Regulation," Preston and his fellow panelists will discuss the principles of restrictive covenants agreements, including noncompete, nonsolicitation, no-recruit and nondisclosure agreements, what such agreements can protect, and how to evaluate enforceability.
