Mr. Butler has experience representing clients in all stages of real estate transactions including purchase sale agreements, sale-leasebacks, ground leases, subleases, letters of intent and ancillary documents to close transactions. Additionally, Mr. Butler has experience representing clients in all stages of litigation.

Mr. Butler received his law degree cum laude from Saint Louis University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Illinois State University. While in law school, Mr. Butler served as Managing Editor for the Saint Louis University Law Journal.
