Ms. Trouba has counseled clients in a variety of complex matters, including securities litigation, white-collar defense, complex commercial litigation and internal investigations. She has experience defending clients facing U.S. Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission investigations and enforcement matters. Ms. Trouba also has counseled clients in matters involving asset-backed securities, including residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS).

In addition, Ms. Trouba maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented clients in family court and immigration court.

Ms. Trouba received her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School and her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. While in law school, she served as an associate editor of the Journal of Law Reform.
