Rachel T. Copenhaver, a Shareholder and member of the firm’s Government and White Collar Defense group, is set to speak at the Practising Law Institute’s Internal Investigations 2024 conference on Thursday, June 6. 

Rachel will partake in the panel “Internal Investigations: Regulators Roundtable.” She is accompanied by her industry peers to discuss regulators’ perspectives and process that occur during internal investigations, including how to navigate whistleblower issues, how to maintain dialogue with regulators during investigations, how to navigate parallel investigations, and more.

The PLI conference will offer attendees the chance to strengthen their knowledge on handling investigations successfully for their clients or companies. Experts will address a wide range of best practices to navigate all aspects of an investigation, from implementing data privacy to protecting attorney-client and work product privileges.
