Mr. Tankovich focuses his practice on complex civil and commercial litigation, intellectual property law and federal criminal law. He has substantial experience in matters involving the Department of Justice (DOJ), Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), state attorney general investigations, California False Claims Act and other general complex litigation. 

Mr. Tankovich provides unique, valuable insight to his clients having previously served as Special Assistant U.S. States Attorney for the Eastern District of California as well as a law clerk to a Chief U.S. District Court Judge. His understanding of effective arguments allows him to successfully defend a wide range of matters in state and federal courts.
