Mr. Lumpkin has experience representing lenders, both first-lien and second-lien, agents, sponsors and borrowers in secured, syndicated credit facilities, including asset-based lending, acquisition financings, restructurings and cross-border lending transactions. 

Mr. Lumpkin received his law degree from Columbia Law School and his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University, James Madison College. While in law school Mr. Lumpkin served as Executive Board Member for the Columbia Law School Democrats, worked for the Columbia Journal of Tax Review and was a member of the Black Law Students Association.
