The program focuses on expert strategies for leading in-house and outside counsel on litigating today’s key issues involving benefit plans, plan investments and fiduciaries.

Mr. Spangler will discuss various ESOP litigation-related topics, including recent ESOP litigation trends, related legal and fiduciary issues, as well as whether and when courts will allow ESOP-owned companies to indemnify ESOP fiduciaries.
