Patrick W. Spangler Named to Board of Senior Editors of Bloomberg BNA's Employee Benefits Law
Patrick W. Spangler, a Senior Associate in the firm's Labor and Employment practice group, has been named to the Board of Senior Editors of Bloomberg BNA's Employee Benefits Law, the leading treatise on the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974. Mr. Spangler has previously served as a contributing author and chapter editor for the book.
Mr. Spangler concentrates his practice on labor, employment and benefits law and litigation. He has extensive experience litigating employee benefits and executive compensation disputes and regularly provides strategic advice on benefits matters in the mergers and acquisitions context. He serves as management co-chair of the American Bar Association Labor Section's subcommittee on multiemployer plans and is a member of the ABA's National Institute Faculty for the ERISA Basics and ERISA Litigation series.
