Ms. Liska focuses her practice on legal and compliance matters for investment advisers and unregistered investment vehicles, including private equity funds, hedge funds, funds of funds, venture capital funds, continuation funds, special situation funds and other investment entities and separately managed accounts as well as related secondaries transactions. In addition, she assists clients with ongoing fundraising for leveraged buy-out and real estate funds.

She received her law degree at Indiana University Maurer School of Law where she served as managing editor for the Indiana Law Journal.
