Ms. Rauh focuses her practice on representing corporate and individual clients in a wide range of government enforcement, litigation, regulatory and compliance matters, including civil and criminal government investigations and proceedings conducted by federal and state prosecutors—including U.S. Attorney’s Offices, the Department of Justice, and the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office—the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and other regulators.

Prior to joining Vedder, Ms. Rauh practiced in the white collar defense group at two prominent law firms where she was part of the team defending against, among others, two major criminal prosecutions by SDNY. She received her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
