Michael M. Eidelman, Chair of the firm’s Insolvency, Bankruptcy & Corporate Reorganization group, will be speaking at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s webinar “Litigating Claims by Trustees: Avoiding Pitfalls at Plan Confirmation and the Investigation Phase.” Part two of this three-part series will focus on recurring issues that arise in post-bankruptcy litigation involving trustees, and how to set up trustees for success in pursuing litigation claims.

Mr. Eidelman has a wealth experience in bankruptcy and insolvency matters and has acted as lead counsel for debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, chapter 7 and 11 trustees, landlords, purchasers of assets, and creditors’ and bondholders’ committees. He has been honored with many awards and recognitions, including most recently being selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2022 in the field of Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights / Insolvency and Reorganization Law.
