She specializes in transportation financing and transactions as well as general equipment financing. Anne advises airlines, aircraft lessors, private equity firms, institutional investors, lenders and others as they navigate the transportation space.

Prior to Vedder Price, Anne worked at an Am Law 10 firm doing asset finance, securitizations and M&A. In law school, Anne was a member of the senior board of Northwestern University Law Review, serving as the empirical editor. In addition, she was a semi-finalist in the Miner Moot Court Competition.

• A commercial financing company in a $100-million sale leaseback transaction involving chemical manufacturing equipment.

Secured Lending

• A lender and security trustee in a $140-million loan upsizing supported by new aircraft collateral.
• An institutional buyer of aircraft- and aircraft lease-secured junior and mezzanine loans from a financial institution.

• A railcar lessor as issuer in a $300-million ABS backed by U.S. and Canadian rail leases.
• An equipment finance originator in a $190-million ABS backed by equipment leases.
