Ms. Marshall focuses her practice on drafting and negotiating complex contracts for clients.  In addition, she provides advice on compliance and commercial matters, general governance, drafts business policies and works with government agencies and nonprofit and for-profit organizations.

Ms. Marshall received her law degree, cum laude, from Northwestern University, her Ph.D. from The Pennsylvania State University, and her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Northwestern University. While in law school, Ms. Marshall served as the Empirical Editor for the Northwestern University Law Review.
