Shareholders Margo Wolf O'Donnell and Jeanah Park will be panelists at the 2017 Federal Bar Association’s Fourth Annual Employment Law Seminar hosted by Freeborn & Peters, LLP. Panelists include members from the judiciary, government, corporate and private practice.
Ms. O’Donnell’s panel will focus on the major changes in employment law in 2016 as well as predictions for 2017. She and her fellow panelists will discuss the biggest case law developments, the most significant legislations and regulations, and what the new U.S. administration can and cannot do.
Ms. Park will moderate the session, “Employment Litigation Nuts and Bolts Revisited,” discussing initial settlement demands, new discovery issues in employment litigation and settlement conferences, among other topics.
