Mr. De La Cruz focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He has a strong background representing a variety of clients across a broad spectrum of industries. Mr. De La Cruz provides his clients with practical strategies while guiding them through all aspects of litigation.

At the start of his legal career, Mr. De La Cruz gained significant experience as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Eduardo I. Sanchez in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. 

At FIU Law, Marcel was the Executive Marketing Editor for the FIU Law Review, Vice President and Treasurer of the Cuban American Bar Association—FIU Student Chapter and a member of the FIU Law Moot Court Team.
