Mr. Rush focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He has a strong background representing clients in a variety of areas including bankruptcy, intellectual property, employment, construction and real estate. 

Mr. Rush guides his clients through all phases of litigation from discovery to trial and appeals, as needed. He has also successfully handled bench and jury trials as a first and second chair.

Mr. Rush received his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law in Virginia. While in law school, he gained valuable experience serving as a Judicial Intern for Chief Judge Roger L. Gregory of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
