Ms. Cardone has represented clients in all aspects of commercial real estate practice, including sales, acquisitions, leasing, financing and 1031 tax deferred exchange transactions. She has drafted and negotiated purchase and sale agreements, reviewed loan documents, title reports, surveys, leases, estoppels, zoning opinions, due diligence reports and legal opinions. 

Prior to joining Vedder Price, Ms. Cardone was a real estate associate in New York City. She has represented developers and other commercial borrowers in obtaining construction financing for luxury condominium developments in New York City.  In addition, she has drafted title objection letters, demand for payment letters, assignment of contracts and conveyance documents for various real property sales and acquisitions.

Ms. Cardone received her law degree from the New York Law School and her undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts.
