Mr. Burleigh has experience representing investment banks in connection with acquisition financings and corporate restructurings for corporations in the transportation industry. He also frequently handles refinancings utilizing first and second lien secured term and revolving credit facilities.

Mr. Burleigh received his law degree cum laude from Washington University School of Law and his undergraduate degree cum laude from the University of San Diego. While in law school, Mr. Burleigh served as Staff Editor of the Global Studies Law Review, Student Attorney at the Interdisciplinary Environmental Law Clinic and Treasurer for the Energy and Environmental Law Society.
