Mr. O’Sullivan brings nearly 20 years of experience advising corporate and individual clients on U.S. immigration law.  With a deep well of experience to draw from, Mr. O’Sullivan has developed a strategist’s eye for seeing around corners and anticipating issues before they arise. Mr. O’Sullivan partners with clients and tailors immigration solutions to the specific needs of the individual or corporate client.

Mr. O’Sullivan has extensive experience with the core employment-based nonimmigrant (E-1/E-2, H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN) and immigrant (PERM Labor Certification and Schedule A, National Interest Waivers, EB-1 Multinational Manager/Intracompany Transferees and EB-1 Outstanding Researcher and Extraordinary Ability Petitions) visa suite.

Mr. O’Sullivan also counsels clients on family-based immigration matters and naturalization. Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mr. O’Sullivan worked at two of the largest immigration law firms in the United States. Mr. O’Sullivan was also previously recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers.
