Shareholder and Chair of the firm's Government Enforcement and Special Investigations practice group, Junaid Zubairi, will speak during PLI's Internal Investigations 2014 program at the University of Chicago Gleacher Center in downtown Chicago. The all-day program focuses on how to conduct effective and efficient internal investigations and discusses current issues arising today in areas such as labor and employment, data privacy and ethics.

Mr. Zubairi's session, titled "Regulators Roundtable," addresses a variety of topics including regulators' perspectives on internal investigations, Dodd-Frank's impact on how regulators handle whistleblower issues and how to communicate with regulators during an investigation. Other topics covered during the session include challenges posed by international investigations and cooperation with the government.
