Vedder Price announced that highly-respected attorney Joshua Alexander has re-joined the firm’s London office as a member of the Global Transportation Finance team.

Mr. Alexander has extensive strategic experience on asset finance matters, acting on behalf of many different types of financiers, operating lessors and airlines on a wide variety of cross-border aircraft trading, financing and leasing transactions. His background also includes working with many major manufacturers in the aviation industry.  Mr. Alexander’s experience gives him a clear appreciation and deeper understanding of what matters for the firm’s clients.

In his role with the firm, Mr. Alexander will continue to focus on aviation transactions and providing high level guidance and support to Vedder Price clients. He will assist and supervise on a variety of complex cross-border transactions, supporting wider teams across the network of Vedder Price offices. His experience will be invaluable both to the firm’s clients and other members of the team as well.

Prior to re-joining Vedder Price, Mr. Alexander spent just over two years at Qatar Airways, one of the youngest global airlines to serve all six continents, frequently ranked the World’s Best Airline by Skytrax.  He supported the airline in the roles of Senior Manager Contracts and Acting Vice President Contracts.
