Jonathan Edgelow has recently been appointed General Editor of Company Law in Europe, a key Lexis Nexis publication that summarizes the practicalities of company law across most European jurisdictions. This is invaluable to general counsels of European groups and those considering expanding their business into a new European jurisdiction. 

Mr. Edgelow serves as Counsel in the London office of Vedder Price and is a member of the firm’s Finance & Transactions practice group. He brings twenty years’ experience representing clients across a broad range of corporate, financial and commercial matters to Company Law in Europe.
