Mr. Lowry focuses his practice on the representation of defense and civil government contractors in litigation and counseling covering all aspects of federal procurement law.

Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mr. Lowry was a trial attorney with the United States Department of Justice, National Courts Branch, where he represented the United States before the Court of Federal Claims and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He was also a trial attorney with the Air Force Legal Operations Agency, Commercial Litigation, where he represented the agency in bid protests before the Government Accountability Office and in contract disputes before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals.
