Mr. Leavitt focuses his practice on commercial litigation and represents clients in a wide range of complex matters including cryptocurrency, fraud, business torts and defamation. 

Mr. Leavitt brings courtroom experience to the firm, trying several cases to multimillion-dollar jury verdicts as a first and second chair. He also served on multiple trial teams in state court and the American Arbitration Assocation.

Prior to joining Vedder, Jeffrey gained valuable insight working at pro bono law clinics and local plaintiff firms throughout law school.
