Mr. Del Mundo represents financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers in finance transactions. Mr. Del Mundo has experience in drafting credit agreements, security agreements, and other loan documents. He has also advised clients on mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters.

Mr. Del Mundo received his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law, where he served as an Associate Editor of the DePaul Law Review and as President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, in Philosophy and Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
