Shareholder Gabrielle M. Buckley will present at The Chicago Tax Club’s Meeting on Monday, May 9. Her session, “Legal and Tax Pitfalls in Global Mobility,” will focus on the actions of American executives who do business around the globe and the potential tax and immigration implications that may arise. These executives, traveling for periods of time to handle transactions, provide managerial or technical advice, establish operations or purchase or sell companies, can expose their employer and themselves to tax and legal risks. Ms. Buckley will discuss how to identify and avoid these risks on an international level.
