Mr. Nsouli focuses his practice on finance and transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters and structuring matters, including reorganizations, strategic investments, market expansions and other corporate transactions.

Mr. Nsouli received his law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law where he served as managing editor for the Journal of Corporation Law. He also served as a Judicial Extern for Judge Edmund A. Sargus, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, where he helped draft dispositive motions in cases pending before the court.
