Environmental Practice Expands with the Addition of Shareholder Brett Heinrich
Vedder Price is pleased to announce that Brett Heinrich has joined the firm’s Environmental practice as a Shareholder in the Chicago office.
Mr. Heinrich focuses his practice on a range of environmental matters, including enforcement litigation, compliance counseling, remediation, Superfund, RCRA citizen suits, Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act suits and various environmental aspects of real estate transactions. He represents clients in a wide variety of service areas, including manufacturing, waste management, waste transportation, and industries such as building materials, cosmetics, chemicals, paper, insurance and food.

He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all types of environmental matters, including air, ground and water contamination and land use issues. Brett's breadth of experience will allow the firm’s growing environmental practice to assist our banking, insurance, real estate and product manufacturing clients with the full range of environmental implications with which they are faced.
