Elvira J. Razzano

Associate

Elvira J. Razzano is an Associate in Vedder Price’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Litigation practice area.

Ms. Razzano focuses her practice on high-stakes, complex commercial litigation matters including products liability and class action suits in both state and federal courts. She also has experience advising clients in regulatory and internal investigations.

She guides clients through all phases of litigation and has significant experience with pre-suit investigations, fact and expert discovery, dispositive motion practice, arbitration, and mediation.

Ms. Razzano also maintains an active pro bono practice, in which she has helped clients gain immigration status and assisted transgender individuals with name changes. 

Prior to joining Vedder Price, Ms. Razzano was an associate at nationally recognized law firms, where she gained experience in a wide variety of complex cases, including class actions, bankruptcy proceedings, products liability litigation, and regulatory and internal investigations.

While attending the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, Ms. Razzano served as Editor-in-Chief of the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice. She also served as Co-President of the OUTLaw LGBTQ+ student organization.
