Ms. Goff focuses her practice on representing financial institutions, corporate borrowers, private equity funds and their portfolio companies in a variety of complex financial transactions, including leveraged buyouts, add-ons, refinancings and recapitalizations, equity offerings, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Ms. Goff has experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security agreements, inter-creditor agreements and other transaction documents. Ms. Goff also has counseled clients regarding corporate governance matters, fund formation, business formation, bankruptcy and restructuring.

Ms. Goff received her law degree from the University of Chicago Law School and her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University. Prior to law school, Ms. Goff worked at Urban Partnership Bank. She served clients in legal and compliance, underwriting, treasury management and portfolio management.
