Edward K. Gross, a shareholder in Vedder Price’s Washington, DC office and member of the firm's Global Transportation Finance team, will participate in the upcoming Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) convention, Welcoming Change as Opportunity. The 61st ELFA Annual Convention will provide industry leaders with the opportunity to reunite, reconnect and exchange best practices for innovating, winning business and leading in an age of rapid change.

Mr. Gross is a featured speaker in the breakout session “Changes in Law Mean Business,” and will discuss major changes to the UCC affecting equipment finance, the growing trend of state law regarding commercial finance disclosure requirements, federal section 1071 mandates and the growing use of internet data sensors on equipment.
