Shareholders Edward Gross and Arlene Gelman and Associate Melissa Kopit will present at the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s Legal Forum in San Diego, CA. The annual Legal Forum will include general and specific sessions and roundtable discussions on a variety of equipment financing topics.

Mr. Gross will participate in the “Air, Rail, Marine Roundtable,” in which speakers will discuss new or developing topics in the specified transportation asset sectors, and then break into smaller groups to focus on topics of interest in each sector. Ms. Gelman will speak on the “Legal Update” panel to provide a general legal perspective on equipment leasing in 2019. Ms. Kopit will be a panelist in the “Cross-Border Lease Transactions Breakout,” focusing on what a U.S. lawyer should consider when undertaking a non-U.S. transaction.
