Shareholders Edward Gross and Arlene Gelman and Associate Melissa Kopit will present at the ELFA Legal Forum LIVE! Virtual Event on May 4th and 5th. The annual Legal Forum will include general and specific sessions and roundtable discussions on a variety of equipment financing topics.

Ms. Gelman will speak on the “Legal Update” panel to provide a general legal perspective on equipment leasing in 2021 on May 4th at 12:00 PM. Mr. Gross will present in the “UCC Basics and Advanced” breakout session, discussing UCC issues for the equipment finance practitioner on May 5th at 1:30 PM. Ms. Kopit will participate in both the “Air, Rail, Marine” breakout session, highlighting key issues affecting the financing and leasing equipment used in the air, rail and marine sectors on May 4th at 1:30 PM, as well as the “Ethics” breakout session on May 5th at 3:00 PM.
