Vedder Price Attorneys Edward K. Gross and Erich P. Dylus will present at the ELFA 2020 Business Live Event on October 27 and 28. The virtual event will bring together various ELFA members to network, share industry insight, and learn using various interactive platforms.

Mr. Gross, along with a panel of subject matter experts, will co-lead a discussion titled, “What’s New in the Law” on October 27. This will examine recent case laws and regulatory developments set to impact the industry, as well as COVID-19 related developments, force majeure clauses and MAC clauses.

On October 28, Mr. Dylus will co-lead a discussion titled “Emerging Technology: Hype vs. Reality,” where he will review the many recent technology developments and discuss how these advancements are adding value to both the equipment finance industry as well as other markets.
