Edward Gross and Arlene Gelman to Present at ELFA Legal Forum
Shareholders Edward Gross and Arlene Gelman will present at the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s Legal Forum from May 1st to 3rd in Washington, DC. The annual Legal Forum will include general and specific sessions and roundtable discussions on a variety of equipment financing topics. Attendees will obtain updates on legal issues that impact their companies and will have access to networking opportunities with peers in the industry.
Mr. Gross will present in the Emerging Technology Breakout panel on Sunday, May 1st, and on Tuesday, May 3rd, he will speak during the General Session on the panel entitled “The UCC: New! Improved!”
Ms. Gelman will moderate the Legal Update General Session on Monday, May 2nd, which is a timely discussion of recent case law and statutory developments covering bankruptcy, the Uniform Commercial Code, and creditor litigation. She will also moderate a breakout panel that afternoon entitled “Valuation, Experts, Post-Fulton, and Sanctions – Practical Bankruptcy Tips From Both Sides of the Bench,” which will discuss topics relevant to bankruptcy litigation and provide valuable insight to all attorneys involved in litigating disputes.
