Mr. Cattie focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and guides his clients through all phases of the process including case management and administration, oral and written discovery and court appearances. 

His deep understanding of strategic litigation practices assists him in deposition preparation and securing a successful defense. Mr. Cattie has experience with various types of claims involving breach of contract, the False Claims Act, product liability and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Mr. Cattie’s legal background includes serving as a legal intern at the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the District of District of Columbia and the Federal Community Defender for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
