David M. Hernandez, a Shareholder in Vedder Price’s Washington, DC office and member of the firm’s Global Transportation Finance team, will present at the NBAA’s Tax, Regulatory & Risk Management Conference on October 8-9 in Las Vegas. The two-day seminar—designed for attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, CFOs and flight operations professionals—provides attendees with the tools necessary to develop strategies for connecting tax and regulatory planning while protecting their ownership structure from audits.
In the session, “From Corporate Reorganizations to New Regulations: Managing Change in Your Flight Operation,” using real-world client experiences and case studies, Mr. Hernandez and his co-presenter will discuss the inevitability of mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, reorganizations and foreign investments in today’s shifting and dynamic corporate environment, and how flight operations personnel must navigate these changes while delivering safe and efficient travel.
