Christopher T. Collins, Vedder Price Shareholder and Chair of the Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits group, is speaking at Practising Law Institute’s (PLI) “Drafting and Negotiating Corporate Agreements 2022” program tomorrow, January 19. Mr. Collins will be leading the “Employment Agreements” discussion and will cover various topics such as essential terms of all employment agreements, how to protect confidential information and invention, and severance agreements and dispute resolution procedures.
PLI’s faculty is composed of nationally recognized management and plaintiffs’ attorneys, in-house counsel and government enforcement agency officials who share their perspectives, insights and experiences. Attendees of the program will learn the basics of drafting and negotiating corporate agreements - from how the provisions of an agreement fit together, to the fundamental drafting and negotiating principles common to all corporate agreements.
