Mr. Connelly focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, associated private equity and securities matters. He has experience advising issuers, underwriters and selling stockholders in various public and private securities offerings, including debt, equity, initial public offerings and exchange offers. He also represents clients in corporate governance and structuring matters, including reorganizations, strategic investments, market expansions and other corporate transactions.

Mr. Connelly received his law degree from Stanford Law School where he served as senior finance editor for the Stanford Law Review. He also served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Robert N. Kwan of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court Central District of California.
