Chris Buch to Speak at NCEO Annual Employee Ownership Conference

Labor & Employment Shareholder Chris Buch will speak at the NCEO Annual Employee Ownership Conference in Salt Lake City on Tuesday, April 15th. This year’s conference will be held at the Salt Palace Convention Center and will entail a number of informative sessions and discussions on the latest developments in the ESOP landscape.
Chris will be joined by Katie Lind, Vice President of the Chartwell Financial Advisory, for their joint presentation titled “FAQs of Executive Compensation.” Their session will address corporate governance, different compensation philosophies, design structures of long-term incentives and important legal considerations for managers, board members and trustees in the executive compensation sector. An audience-led Q&A session will be available at the end of the presentation.
