Chris Buch to Present at NCEO 2024 Annual Employee Ownership Conference
Vedder Price Shareholder Chris Buch is set to present at the 2024 Annual Employee Ownership Conference, hosted by the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO). Chris is a Shareholder in the Labor & Employment practice group at the firm’s Chicago office.
Chris will moderate the session “An ESOP Transaction Through Different Lenses” on Monday, April 29. This informative session offers insight on the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) transaction process and the various roles of the service providers involved. He is joined by industry colleagues Steve Ryan (GreatBanc Trust), Tim Jamison (Prairie Capital) and Dan Markowitz (Boulay).
Additionally, Chris will be featured in the session “Preparing for a Transition to ESOP-Ownership? 5 Things to Know in 2024” on Wednesday, May 1. The session will cover the top five trends regarding ESOP ownership and transactions in 2024 and how they impact all parties within the transaction. His discussion panel will include two other established professionals in the labor and employment industry: Leah Turnbull (BMO) and Ted Margarit (Paralign Capital).
