The law firm of Vedder Price announces that New York Shareholder, Cameron Gee, has been admitted to practice law in England and Wales. Cameron is also licensed to practice in New York and Australia.

According to Ron Scheinberg, who heads the firm’s Equipment Finance Group in the New York office, "this represents an important development for our firm since many of the international transactions in which we have opportunities to be involved are governed by English law rather than laws of the State of New York or Illinois. Cameron will be in an excellent position to represent our clients’ interests with regard to issues of English law. We regret only that Cam has opted not to wear a wig in the office."

As a member of the firm’s Equipment Finance group, Cameron serves on the Commercial Aviation, Equipment Finance, ABS/Securitization, Project Finance and Infrastructure, and Rail practice groups.

Cameron has been practicing for over ten years and concentrates in aircraft and equipment finance. His expertise includes representing lenders and borrowers in portfolio and structured financings of aircraft, railcars, semiconductors and other equipment, PDP financings of aircraft, and leasing and debt financings of the above asset classes.
