Litigation Shareholder Bryan Clark will speak at the 30th Annual Conference of the Forum on Communications Law, organized by the American Bar Association, on February 7, 2025, at the Omni Austin Hotel Downtown in Austin, Texas. The conference offers various sessions and workshops on recent issues facing content, communications and technology law.

Bryan will serve as a panelist on the “Hot Issues in Libel and Privacy” workshop where he will explore key libel and privacy cases from the past year alongside other professionals. The discussion will focus on election-related defamation lawsuits, AI liability developments and the evolving application of the actual malice standard in public figure cases.
