Ms. Blackwell focuses her practice on financial restructurings and other insolvency matters, including representing borrowers, lenders and agents in multimillion-dollar credit agreements, and both debtors and creditors in chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings in a wide array of industries.

Ms. Blackwell received her law degree from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Cornell University. While in law school Ms. Blackwell was Executive Online Editor for the Indiana Law Journal, as well as a fellow for the Center for Constitutional Democracy.  In addition, she served as an Executive Board Member and Auction Co-Chair for the Women’s Law Caucus.
