Environmental Shareholder Brett D. Heinrich, a Shareholder in the Chicago office and member of the firm’s Environmental group, will speak at the American Foundry Society (AFS) State-Line Chapter Meeting on Tuesday, March 10 in Beloit, WI.
Mr. Heinrich will present on the long reach of California’s Proposition 65 and how it affects the foundry business. Mr. Heinrich’s presentation will highlight the requirements of Proposition 65, including what constitutes a reasonable warning, warning label requirements and exemptions, enforcement, criticisms and trends, and lessons learned.
