Brett D. Heinrich, a Shareholder in the Chicago office and member of the firm’s Environmental group, will speak at the Institute of Internal Auditors’ (IIA) Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Chicago Chapter Meeting hosted by Ramboll on March 16, 2018.

Mr. Heinrich will moderate a panel with U.S. EPA, OSHA and the Illinois Attorney General’s office enforcement specialists to discuss enforcement trends at their respective agencies, as well as tips and guidance on how to counsel clients when faced with enforcement scenarios.
