Amy L. Bess and Thomas G. Hancuch, Vedder Price Shareholders and members of the firm's Labor and Employment group, are speaking at the Practising Law Institute's (PLI) annual Employment Law Institute at the PLI New York Center October 22-23. Ms. Bess is Co-Chair of the conference and will be moderating the "Views from the Bench: Mediating and Resolving Employment Claims" panel. Mr. Hancuch will participate on a panel titled, "Final Resolution of Employment Claims."

PLI's annual Employment Law Institute combines a comprehensive review of case law and regulatory developments, an in-depth analysis of emerging issues and discussions of best practices to maximize employment law compliance, mitigate legal risk and achieve business objectives.
