Douglas J. Lipke and Michael J. Edelman, Vedder Price Shareholders and members of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditor’s Rights group, discussed legal issues in airline reorganizations in a LexisNexis Bankruptcy Law Community podcast. They reviewed special protections available to creditors of airline equipment and requirements for Bankruptcy Code section 1110 protection, and provided practice tips for counsel representing airline creditors and debtors.
