Mr. Young focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate and governance matters. His recent experience includes assisting private companies, small businesses, and non-profit organizations with regard to various legal matters including entity formation, contract drafting, and trademark applications.

Mr. Young graduated from SMU Dedman School of Law where he served as Chief Counsel for the SMU Small Business and Trademark Clinic and as an Articles Editor for the SMU Law Review Association. He also served as a Judicial Extern for the U.S. District Court of Northern District of Texas.

Prior to law school, Mr. Young attended Oklahoma State University where he earned his undergraduate degree in Finance.
