Mr. Jam focuses his practice on representing  financial institutions, private equity funds and corporate borrowers in a variety of finance transactions, including leveraged buyouts, add-ons, refinancings and recapitalizations. In addition, Mr. Jam has experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security agreements, inter-creditor agreements and other transaction documents. He also has advised clients on private equity fund formation, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets matters.

Mr. Jam received his law degree from Columbia Law School where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and received the Butler Fellowship.  He received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles. While in law school, Mr. Jam served as a Staff Editor for the Columbia Journal of Asian Law.
