Amy L. Bess and Joseph K. Mulherin, Vedder Price Shareholders and members of the firm's Labor and Employment group, are speaking at the Practising Law Institute's (PLI) annual Employment Law Institute at the PLI New York Center October 27-28. Ms. Bess is Co-Chair of the conference and will be moderating the "FMLA and ADA Issues in Employment Law" panel. Mr. Mulherin will participate on a panel titled, "Wage and Hour Update."
